White Jade

White Jade helps us to connect to higher energies, increasing our insight and helping us to act intuitively. It protects from negative energy and is suggested to ease the pain of arthritis and other joint illnesses, especially in the hips. It also helps with fluid retention, high blood pressure and imbalances in blood sugar levels.

Howlite

Howlite brings mental awareness, both to current and past-life issues, and facilitates calm communication. As a stress reducer, Howlite can be helpful in the workplace by keeping us calm. It helps by absorbing anger and negative energy.
